Say for example, a doctor gave you his or her guarantee that you would never suffer from any known illness or disease for the rest of your natural life on the condition that you donate either an arm or leg to medical research. Would you be willing?

i would not condemn myself to a lifelong morbidity to escape from something which is just a probability.
feeling the danger is something that gives happiness to my life. if I accept the guarantee i will loose 2 important things: my limb, and my happiness from my health, and acheive 1 bad thing: probability of unknown illness will always threat me !
so my answer is; No!
(on the other hand, nobody guarantees that if i say no, i will definitly suffer from any disease!)
