I am looking at doing a medical research study. They pay very well and one of the requirements is to be a non-smoker. I smoke about 2-3 ultra light cigarettes per night, basically with a beer or any kind of acloholic drink. My understanding is that nicotene stays in the system for a couple of days, but that other bi-products of smoking stay in the system longer. Has anyone done one of these studies and could you shed some light about drug screening when it comes to tobacco?
How long does nicotene stay in your system?
nicotine 10 years alcohol 5 hours
Reply:up to 48 hours

Reply:it stays in your system for years, your a smoker no matter how often you do it and they will be able to tell you'll make a fool of yourself if you try and pass your self off as a non smoker, just quite its a filthy habit and is slowly killing you
Reply:24hrs. If you have a day smoke free, flush your system with water and orange juices. Havent done a study, interesting that you are a smoker and yet want to pretend you are not for the sake of medical research.
