Medical improvement have quite improoved in the last decades, we can hope that it will continue rising the same way as long as there's researchers caring for improvement. There are still many deceases that need to find their cure and perhaps new ones that will take their place. Scientists will hopefully keep up their researches and solve mysteries even if it takes time. But will that impove quality of human life? On one side yes but it's up to the population to respect life too.
