The aspartame molecule ( known popularly as nutrasweet) is known to be toxic, causing drug interactions, unexplainable medical conditions, medical conditions that mimic multiple scleroisis, and a possible link to increased obesity. If you knew that real medical research was out there and easily accesed, would you look it up, and boycott aspartame laced products? Would you tell your friends and family, and pass the info along? If you disagree with this reearch, please cite your opposing research source.
Did you know that artificailly sweetened products can harm you and your children?
I have not personally done the research but we don't eat or drink anything with artificial or chemical anything if at all possible. My personal feelings are that a lot of the disease out there are from out poor diet of unnatural food products
Reply:yes, I did know that. Also if you are pregnant, you should never use an artificial sweetener such as aspertame. It distorts the development of the unborn child...
If it gives you a headache or stomach ache, you are actually probably allergic to it also.

Reply:I also have heard that artificial sweetened products are harmful. I am no professional on the subject, but I avoid those products. I prefer natural products in all cases, over man-made products.
Reply:Yep. That's a no-brainer. It's real sugar for me.
Reply:Were you aware that everything in this life causes decay of some form or another?
Reply:Thats abuse so those darn people...poot
Reply:Thank you Opus! I was just going to post that.
Some lame brained idiot got my nephew's step mother started on this and he's diabetic. What's more dangerous to a diabetic, aspertame or sugar? Ummm...sugar!
Also, I had a NUTRITIONIST tell me when I was PG with my middle child that aspartame is the only artificial sweetener proven NOT to cross the placenta and harm your unborn child.
